Why you shouldn't do any business with Frank Rossenberg

Glenn LaFaye is taking a picture of his friend Frank Rossenberg, just after they decided that they will not to pay our invoice 🙂 This is happiest moment in his career. Google will crawl this site, and will return this portrait when somebody will search for Frank Rossenberg.

This smiling gentleman can't be trusted, because he, with his friend Glenn LaFaye, are hiring people online, experimenting with their ideas, switching just before each idea is completed, and then completely drop you, without paying what they promised.

Searching online reveals that he owns and works at Associated Floors, which was founded in 1921 in Brooklyn, NY, and according Associated Floors website it provides commercial flooring to hundreds of national retail chains and luxury brands.

Frank Rossenberg is a Chairman at Associated Floors, along with Richard Goodman, who is COO & President and Bob Odgis, who is Director of Operations (including in this article Richard Goodman and Bob Odgis, so that they will get there by searching their names, and will find out how Frank Rossenberg is frauding people online).

Hopefully future potential clients of Associated Floors, who will make research about who is behind Associated Floors company will also get to this page through search engines. And to improve chances, including here address of Associated Floors as well:

173 Rockwood Road
Florham Park, NJ 07932

And according to Google maps, this is how their office looks like:

We have a long story on the home page, where we tell from very beginning how Glenn and Frank hired us to do a project, they bombarded us with messages and calls, even very late, and after 4..5 months, dumped us, like we never did anything for them.

Frank felt that this is not right, and even gave us an offer to pay 50% of the total invoice... and asked to think about it, and after some thinking, we accepted the offer, and then Frank asked to invoice them, and then Frank spoke with Glenn, and they decided that they are not going to pay us at all.

Here is a message from Frank with his offer, let's save it for the future, other people who will look for his name will get here, and hopefully will decide not to deal with them:

You are wrong to accuse us of falsely motivating you with offer of 7.5 % and changing to 2.5% this change was after we determined that you could not get the project done in a reasonable time and had to end our arrangement. Most people would have given you no interest at that time. You don’t want any percentage that is fine. Let’s discuss our “debt” without getting into pointing fingers and crapping on your work, we were able to complete with friends from IBM the project in days rather then months. That’s OK it was learning process for you and you did try hard. 16,000 additional dollars for what you did and delivered to us it outrageous. We offer you 2 more Eth to end our relationship. I must receive a FINAL BILL from you for 2 Eth stating that all responsibilities between our companies are complete and ended. In view of the time and failure for us to receive a completed project we feel this is a very fair offer and should satisfy you completely. Thanks. Let me know if you accept this resolution and send properly stated final invoice. Thank you.

I agreed later to this deal, and here is what he promised - "we will process your invoice within 15 days... or so", and this "or so" going on for a year already.

Good deal. Send the invoice to WAllSTREETNFTS LLC. We will look it over and process within 15 days or so. Thank you for your cooperation and efforts.

After few weeks of silence, I asked for any update, and here is what Glenn wrote:

We waited months of you attempting things that we then had done by someone else in hours. Hours! We paid you 1 eth and never received 1 deliverable. No code no anything. Then we offered you a small piece out of respect and you decline and you sent us an 18,000 bill which was absurd. Since we never received anything. Listen, I know you have a lot of clients so you couldn’t give us your full attention but the facts are the facts. We didn’t receive anything from you. You should have told us that you were too busy for this and it wasn’t what you do. Plus the distance made things difficult. That’s we we tried to motivate you with a piece. But when we received nothing and somebody else delivers everything in hours that we were still waiting months for and still hadn’t received? I genuinely like you and respect your ability but you were too busy with your regular business to learn this in a reasonable amount of time. We got it from someone else, you never sent us any deliverable so what is right here?
Just stay away from Glenn LaFaye and his friend Frank Rosenberg
